The flues

The rigid pipe connection elements manufactured by Kolozsi József Kft. Comply with the relevant parts of EN 1856-1: 2009, EN 1856-2: 2009 and EN 1859: 2009. The material quality of rigid duct connectors is according to EN 10130, structural steel designation DD 11, minimum wall thickness 1.5 mm, cold forming technology and welded bonding. Surface treatment is made by electrostatic powder coating. Classification:
- Without silicone ring EN 1856-2 T600 N1 D Vm L99150 G (500) NM
- With silicone ring EN 1856-2 T200 P1 D V1 L99150 O (400) NM
The rigid duct connectors belong to a temperature class T600 ( EN 1856-2 T600 N1 D Vm L99150 G (500) NM ) or (T 200 EN 1856-2 T200 P1 D V1 L99150 O (400) NM) where the nominal flue gas temperature can not exceed 600 ° C, with a silicon ring version of 200 ° C. The distance from the flammable material must be at least 500 mm (EN 1856-2 T600 N1 D Vm L99150 G (500) NM ) or 400 mm (T 200 EN 1856-2 T200 P1 D V1 L99150 O (400) NM) .

Assembly, safety

Unintentional touch if this installation can not exclude it has to isolate or it has to exclude the possibility of touching.
The rigid duct connectors are manufactured with enclosed construction. They can be assembled together. Since the flow direction of the flue gas is not marked on the products, the installation must be carried out as follows.
The rigid duct connectors must be connected to the outlet of the device with the extended half. The next fitting must be connected to previous piece with the extended half.
